This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +35 more states.
β’ Provide virtual physical therapy services for patients dealing with a variety of musculoskeletal issues, including pelvic health.
β’ Facilitate telehealth video consultations and maintain communication through in-app messaging.
β’ Assess and treat patients remotely utilizing digital platforms.
β’ Oversee care management and technology-related outputs.
β’ Enhance member engagement and articulate clinical reasoning to aid in product development.
β’ Utilize the biopsychosocial model, patient-centered MSK care, behavior change theories, pain neuroscience education, and evidence-based practices.
β’ Deliver exceptional service to boost customer satisfaction and improve clinical outcomes.
β’ Safely and efficiently handle a diverse and extensive caseload.
β’ Collaborate as a member of a diverse, high-performing, and inclusive clinical care team.
β’ 2 to 4 years of clinical experience in physical therapy within an orthopedic environment.
β’ A minimum of 1 year of hands-on Pelvic Health clinical experience.
β’ Completion of relevant pelvic health training or certification, such as Herman & Wallace Level 1 and/or Level 2b; APTA CAPP-Pelvic Level 1 and/or Level 2; Evidence In Motion Pelvic Health I and/or II; Herman & Wallace PRPC; ABPTS Pelvic & Womenβs Health Clinical Specialist; or Evidence in Motion Pelvic Health Specialist Certification.
β’ Proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken, confirmed during the interview process.
β’ Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT).
β’ Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in at least one state in the U.S.
β’ Capability to complete documentation required for securing additional state licenses post-offer.
β’ Willingness to accommodate working across different time zones.
β’ Ability to be featured by name and image in the product and related marketing materials.
β’ Capacity to provide telehealth services from a private, professional environment with reliable, high-speed internet within the U.S.
β’ Availability to work evenings.
β’ Current and anticipated future residence within the specified eligible U.S. states, Puerto Rico, or the District of Columbia.
β’ Strong decision-making skills for the remote evaluation, treatment, and management of MSK members.
β’ Ability to effectively manage a varied and extensive caseload using digital tools.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
