Licensed Therapist – LPCC/LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical services that encompass psychosocial assessments as well as individual, family, and group therapies.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to formulate treatment plans.

• Regularly review and update treatment plans as necessary.

• Conduct initial assessments for patients if assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health and possess independent privileges.

• Engage in activities aimed at performance improvement.

• Assist in the analysis of performance improvement data.

• Provide clinical supervision if qualified to do so.

• Take part in consultation processes.

• Establish and maintain professional boundaries.

• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in social work or counseling.

• Licensure as a clinical social worker (LCSW) or clinical counselor (LPCC).

• Preference for candidates with dual licensure in IN and KY, though it is not a requirement.

• Completion of supervision training is necessary for those providing clinical supervision within the program.

• Familiarity with current theoretical frameworks for delivering counseling services.

• Understanding of strategies for analyzing, implementing, and assessing cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the clinical aspects within the mental health sector.
