This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical services that encompass psychosocial evaluations and individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to create tailored treatment plans.

• Regularly reassess treatment plans as necessary.

• Conduct initial assessments for patients assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health, given appropriate privileges.

• Engage in activities aimed at performance improvement.

• Aid in the interpretation of performance improvement data.

• Provide clinical supervision when qualified.

• Participate in consultation activities.

• Establish and maintain professional boundaries.

• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling.

• Licensure as a clinical social worker (LCSW) or clinical counselor (LPCC).

• Dual licensure for Indiana and Kentucky is preferred but not mandatory.

• Completion of supervision training to offer clinical supervision within the program.

• Familiarity with contemporary theoretical approaches to counseling service delivery.

• Understanding of strategies for analyzing, implementing, and assessing cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the clinical aspects within the mental health sector.
