Mental Health Therapist, Full Licensure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient therapy to adults, adolescents, and/or children facing behavioral health issues.

• This includes conducting assessments, making diagnoses, creating treatment plans, writing progress notes, and regularly collaborating with the broader care team.

• You will ensure that your documentation is timely and accurate in our EMR system, maintain your licensure, and contribute as a thoughtful and engaged team member.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline.

• Active Tennessee licensure in good standing (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT) and capable of practicing independently.

• Previous experience in delivering mental health services is preferred.

• BLS Certification is preferred.

• Proficiency with EMR systems and standard technological tools.

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and a commitment to ethical, patient-centered practice.
