Mental Health Therapist, Full Licensure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient therapy to adults, adolescents, and/or children facing behavioral health issues

• Perform assessments and make diagnoses

• Create treatment plans

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and progress notes in the EMR

• Engage in regular collaboration with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, psychologists, and the wider care team

• Maintain professional licensure

• Actively participate as a thoughtful and engaged team member

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related area

• Valid Tennessee licensure in good standing (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT)

• Ability to practice independently

• Previous experience in providing mental health services is preferred

• BLS Certification is preferred

• Proficient with EMR systems and standard technological tools

• Knowledgeable about HIPAA regulations

• Dedicated to ethical, patient-focused practice

• Capable of providing therapy to adults, adolescents, and/or children

• Required to maintain licensure
