📋 Description

• Conduct patient consultations via the Releaf platform while upholding high standards of care and confidentiality.

• Prescribe medications directly when applicable, within the boundaries of professional licensing.

• Manage and address patient inquiries related to treatment plans and product usage.

• Utilize technology to maintain patient records and oversee prescriptions.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes.

• Stay informed about medical cannabis research and applications to provide knowledgeable care.

• Engage directly with patients through consultations and care using the patient management platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualified Non-medical Prescriber (NMP/ISP) with a focus on mental health.

• Registered Mental Health Nurse or suitably qualified Allied Health Professional in the UK.

• Experience with digital health platforms.

• Proficient typing skills.

• Ability to prescribe medications directly and independently.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in medical cannabis.

• Availability for various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
