This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +20 more states.
• Respond to incoming phone calls from members and/or caregivers seeking assistance with orders, products, billing, and various account services.
• Assist callers with troubleshooting, navigating the company website, and effectively utilizing products or services.
• Maintain an excellent understanding of Medical Guardian products, services, and billing procedures.
• Conduct account updates and meticulously document conversations to ensure member records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Resolve issues for dissatisfied members, conducting research and providing appropriate solutions.
• Highlight the benefits of additional products and services during service calls, including upselling to current members.
• Foster positive communication with both internal and external members while working collaboratively with team members to enhance the member experience.
• Achieve personal and team qualitative and quantitative performance targets.
• Execute other assigned responsibilities.
• Availability to consistently work a full shift with predetermined (2) 15-minute breaks and (1) 35-minute lunch break, aligned with business needs.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in member service call center or member-facing roles is preferred.
• A high school diploma is mandatory.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proficient in computer use with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Professional, enthusiastic, and compassionate with a strong dedication to service.
• Excellent active listening skills with the ability to inquire for appropriate resolutions.
• Solid communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Permanent residency in one of the following states is required: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Kansas, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Idaho, Illinois, North Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia, Utah, and Texas only.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• A dedicated private workspace with suitable internet speed for efficient remote work is necessary.
