This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.
• Act as the initial point of contact for members, clients, or customers
• Manage inbound and outbound phone communications professionally and efficiently
• Address customer inquiries through text, email, and various other communication methods
• Create, update, and oversee customer cases within company databases
• Accurately and thoroughly document all interactions
• Resolve standard customer issues and inquiries during the first contact whenever feasible
• Refer complex matters to the appropriate team when required
• Adhere to established processes, workflows, and compliance standards
• Maintain precise records and ensure the integrity of data
• Track open cases and follow up as necessary to guarantee timely resolution
• Achieve quality, productivity, and service-level goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns
• Deliver a positive, empathetic, and professional customer experience
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, support, or case management preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent active listening skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Capacity to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically
• Keen attention to detail and dedication to accuracy
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficiency with CRM, case management, or customer support systems
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Residency in AL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MS, NV, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, TN, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY
• Availability to work from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm CST, Monday to Friday
• Shift differential of an additional $1/hr for night and weekend shifts
• Paid training, typically lasting 1 to 2 weeks
• Full-time position of 40 hours per week
• Eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 60 days of employment
