This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.
β’ Act as the primary point of contact for members, clients, or customers.
β’ Manage inbound and outbound phone communications with professionalism and efficiency.
β’ Address customer inquiries through text, email, and various other communication methods.
β’ Create, update, and oversee customer cases within the company systems.
β’ Accurately and thoroughly document all interactions.
β’ Resolve standard customer issues and inquiries during the first contact whenever feasible.
β’ Forward complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
β’ Adhere to established processes, workflows, and compliance standards.
β’ Maintain precise records and ensure data accuracy.
β’ Monitor open cases and follow up as necessary to guarantee timely resolutions.
β’ Achieve quality, productivity, and service-level goals.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
β’ Deliver a positive, empathetic, and professional experience to customers.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent is required.
β’ A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, support, or case management is preferred.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
β’ Excellent active listening skills.
β’ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
β’ Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and with empathy.
β’ Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
β’ Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
β’ Strong organizational and time management abilities.
β’ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
β’ Proficiency in CRM, case management, or customer support systems.
β’ Basic computer skills and data entry proficiency.
β’ Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
β’ Availability to work from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday to Friday.
β’ Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.
β’ Shift differential of $1/hour for evening and weekend shifts.
β’ Paid training lasting typically 1 to 2 weeks.
β’ Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
β’ Eligibility for benefits starting on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
