This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.
β’ Act as the primary point of contact for members, clients, or customers.
β’ Professionally and efficiently manage inbound and outbound phone calls.
β’ Address customer inquiries through text, email, and various communication channels.
β’ Create, update, and oversee customer cases within company systems.
β’ Accurately document all interactions in detail.
β’ Resolve standard customer inquiries and issues during the first contact whenever feasible.
β’ Refer more complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
β’ Adhere to established processes, workflows, and compliance guidelines.
β’ Keep accurate records and maintain data integrity.
β’ Monitor open cases and follow up as needed to ensure prompt resolution.
β’ Achieve quality, productivity, and service-level objectives.
β’ Work collaboratively with internal teams to address customer concerns.
β’ Deliver a positive, empathetic, and professional customer experience.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent is required.
β’ At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, support, or case management is preferred.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Outstanding active listening abilities.
β’ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
β’ Capability to communicate clearly, professionally, and with empathy.
β’ Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
β’ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
β’ Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
β’ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
β’ Proficient in CRM, case management, or customer support systems.
β’ Basic computer skills and data entry proficiency.
β’ Must reside in one of the following eligible states: Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
β’ Shift differential: an additional $1/hr for night and weekend shifts.
β’ Paid training, generally lasting 1β2 weeks.
β’ Full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week.
β’ Eligibility for benefits starting the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
