This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.
β’ Act as the primary point of contact for members, clients, or customers.
β’ Manage inbound and outbound phone calls in a professional and efficient manner.
β’ Address customer inquiries through text, email, and various communication channels.
β’ Create, update, and oversee customer cases within company systems.
β’ Accurately and completely document all interactions.
β’ Resolve standard customer issues and inquiries during the initial contact whenever feasible.
β’ Escalate complicated issues to the relevant team when necessary.
β’ Adhere to established processes, workflows, and compliance regulations.
β’ Maintain precise records and ensure data integrity.
β’ Monitor open cases and follow up as necessary to guarantee timely resolution.
β’ Achieve quality, productivity, and service-level targets.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
β’ Deliver a positive, empathetic, and professional customer experience.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent is required.
β’ Preferably at least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, support, or case management.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
β’ Excellent active listening capabilities.
β’ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
β’ Ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and empathetic manner.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
β’ Capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time.
β’ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
β’ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
β’ Proficiency with CRM, case management, or customer support systems.
β’ Basic computer and data entry skills are required.
β’ Must reside in one of the specified states: Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
β’ Availability to work from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday.
β’ Starting compensation of $14/hour.
β’ Shift differential of an additional $1/hour for night and weekend shifts.
β’ Paid training period, typically lasting 1 to 2 weeks.
β’ Full-time position with 40 hours per week.
β’ Eligibility for benefits starting on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
