This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Promote the advantages of MDVIP membership to potential members in partnership with an affiliated physician practice.
• Articulate the MDVIP program and identify the aspects that pique the interest of prospects.
• Connect with warm leads through tailored phone calls, emails, and text messages.
• Manage incoming call activity and record the results of both inbound and outbound communications in Salesforce.
• Determine effective communication channels via strategic calls, emails, and text messages.
• Perform proactive outreach, conduct timely follow-ups, and arrange enrollment consultations.
• Collaborate with physicians and their teams to ensure a smooth experience for prospective members.
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to synchronize strategies, share insights, and enhance lead conversion rates.
• Achieve or surpass KPIs associated with lead generation and conversion rates.
• Provide management with consistent updates on lead pipeline status, obstacles, and achievements.
• Anticipate and resolve questions and objections from prospects.
• Efficiently manage leads throughout each stage of the enrollment process.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline, combined with 1.5 years of experience in a similar position (sales development, business development, or lead generation) involving cold outreach; or an equivalent mix of education and experience where two years of relevant experience equates to one year of schooling.
• At least 1.5 years of outbound or inbound experience in a B2C sales environment.
• Proven success as a BDR/SDR with a strong sales track record, account management experience focused on sales, or a similar role emphasizing lead conversion.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
• Experience with inContact is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Goal-driven with a history of measurable success in surpassing company sales objectives as an SDR or BDR.
• Required analytical skills, including the ability to generate actionable and precise reports from high-level data analysis consistently.
• Proficient in using Salesforce or similar systems to document interactions, manage leads, and monitor follow-ups.
