Member Care Specialist – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Conduct individual video consultations with members, providing education on topics such as fertility, adoption, pregnancy, and menopause.

• Onboard new members to the Progyny Global benefit program.

• Assist members in effectively utilizing the service tailored to their personal needs.

• Help members in selecting the most suitable fertility clinic or service provider.

• Offer ongoing high-level concierge support.

• Respond to member inquiries by researching and delivering customized, high-quality solutions.

• Perform extensive research on country-specific laws and medical landscapes pertaining to fertility and family-forming options.

• Regularly refresh the platform’s knowledge databases with up-to-date healthcare practices and legal statutes.

• Aid in the translation and localization of benefits.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and succinctly, both verbally and in writing.

• A compassionate demeanor, high emotional intelligence, and a sincere passion for assisting others through sensitive life stages.

• Capability to quickly understand new subjects and a commitment to continually enhancing knowledge in areas such as fertility, adoption, surrogacy, menopause, and pregnancy care.

• Strong attention to detail, excellent prioritization skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating a proactive and solutions-focused approach.

• Dedication to supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, particularly in relation to fertility and family-forming journeys.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Proficiency in English.

• Fluency in Canadian French, especially Québec French, is considered a strong advantage.

• Experience in healthcare (e.g., fertility nurse, midwife, or a related field) is highly preferred.

• Previous experience in a customer care position is advantageous.

• Availability to work from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. ET, Monday to Friday, while residing in Canada.
