This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the initial point of contact for patient inquiries, ensuring a warm and compassionate experience with each interaction.
• Efficiently and accurately handle resupply orders, service requests, and support tickets.
• Provide assistance with billing inquiries, payment processing, and questions regarding insurance coverage.
• Aim to resolve issues during the first contact whenever feasible; appropriately escalate more complex cases.
• Guide patients through Medicare processes and insurance-related workflows.
• Keep comprehensive records in the CRM and ticketing systems.
• Recognize opportunities for cross-selling and direct qualified leads to the sales team.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally, advocating for patient needs across product, billing, and operations departments.
• Contribute to the development of FAQ and knowledge base content to enhance the overall patient experience.
• Demonstrated experience in customer support, preferably within a healthcare environment.
• Proficiency in Spanish (both spoken and written) — a strong requirement.
• Previous experience in healthcare, DME, Medicare, or medical insurance is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of the US healthcare system, Medicare processes, and insurance coverage regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Background in managing complex inquiries and issue resolution.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
• A self-motivated individual capable of problem-solving and prioritizing in a dynamic environment.
• A genuine enthusiasm for helping individuals achieve their best lives.
• Hourly wage ranging from $22 to $25 based on experience, with potential for advancement.
