This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish trust and provide education about Humana's Medicare Advantage plans, as well as Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.
• Forge personal connections through grassroots marketing initiatives, community events, and in-home consultations.
• Generate self-initiated sales while achieving performance objectives.
• Enhance Humana's market visibility by serving as a respected community resource and cultivating local partnerships.
• Collaborate with 8–12 Medicare Sales Field Agents under the guidance of a Senior Manager and Regional Director.
• Participate in member appointments and events, including variable evening and weekend hours.
• Occasionally travel to Humana offices for training sessions or meetings.
• An active Health Insurance License is required or the ability to obtain one.
• Must live within the assigned local territory.
• Must be comfortable with daily in-person interactions in potential members' homes, community events, retail settings, volunteer activities, or local gatherings.
• A valid state driver's license is necessary.
• Personal vehicle liability insurance must meet at least 25/25/10 coverage limits, or higher based on state regulations.
• Must have the flexibility to accommodate varying evening and weekend appointments or events.
• Attendance is mandatory during the initial five weeks of employment.
• Preferred qualifications include an active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License.
• Preferred background in selling Medicare products.
• Preferred experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to audiences.
• Preferred experience supporting Value-Based Care organizations.
• Preferred familiarity with Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Preferred education level includes an Associate or Bachelor's degree.
• Preferred bilingual proficiency in English and another language, with fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in both languages.
• Associates who interact with members in a language other than English must pass the ILR language proficiency assessment.
