This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Take ownership and enhance ButterflyMX’s relationships with integrator and reseller partners across all tiers in the West Coast.
• Oversee partner onboarding, deal registration, co-selling support, and conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Implement strategies for whale hunting, tier progression activation, and development within commercial verticals.
• Identify, pursue, and secure target integrators utilizing project intelligence, such as ConstructConnect, installation history, and competitive displacement opportunities.
• Prioritize margin and recurring revenue economics in all dealings.
• Collaborate on joint business plans with Gold and Silver partners.
• Conduct quarterly QBRs that address unit economics, software margin trends, and pipeline forecasts.
• Work alongside internal account executives on co-selling initiatives.
• Respect deal registration protocols and uphold attribution discipline within Salesforce.
• Travel within the territory to visit partner offices, job sites, regional trade shows, and industry events.
• Keep accurate records of partners, pipelines, and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Provide weekly pipeline updates and quarterly territory scorecards to the Director of Channel Sales.
• Minimum of 3 years in a quota-carrying channel sales, partner management, or business development role.
• Preferred experience in security, access control, video surveillance, low-voltage systems, or IT VAR.
• Proven history of establishing and nurturing partner relationships from Bronze to strategic tiers.
• Comfortable engaging with all levels of a partner organization, from owner to installation technician to CFO.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and other standard business software.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize competing demands, and adhere to quarterly goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time within the territory.
• Existing relationships with integrators in the West Coast territory.
• Consultative, relationship-centric sales approach and comfort with multi-quarter partner development cycles.
• Strong CRM discipline, fluency in Salesforce, rigorous attribution practices, and clean pipeline management.
• Experience in commercial verticals such as small office, retail, mixed-use, or boutique hospitality deals.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
