
Medicare Marketing Compliance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Receive and document all marketing and communication materials from subordinate agencies, ensuring completeness and tagging the relevant agency and lead vendor.
β’ Conduct independent reviews of telephonic marketing materials and standalone sales scripts against CMS Medicare Communications and Marketing Guidelines as well as internal standards.
β’ Make final decisions on approvals or rejections and escalate any novel or high-risk interpretative queries.
β’ Prepare and submit the approved materials and scripts to 6β7 health plan carriers while tracking the submission status.
β’ Maintain the central marketing repository, accurately linking agencies, vendors, materials, and approvals.
β’ Request, track, and log carrier-assigned SMIDs for approved materials for auditing purposes.
β’ Manage the approved lead vendor list and lead annual vendor audits to ensure CMS compliance.
β’ Generate program KPIs and metrics for leadership and carrier partners, including submission volumes, turnaround times, and approval rates.
β’ Engage in cross-functional meetings with Sales, Platform, and other teams.
β’ Provide assistance with special audits, escalations, and AEP-driven work as required.
β’ Report directly to the Compliance & QA Supervisor.
β’ Strong understanding of, or a keen willingness to master, CMS regulations, especially the Medicare Communications and Marketing Guidelines (MCMG).
β’ Exceptional attention to detail along with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
β’ Capable of managing a high volume of detailed tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to convey compliance feedback clearly and professionally.
β’ Proficient in Google Workspace and able to quickly learn and master new workflow management tools (e.g., Airtable).
β’ A proactive and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and contribute to process improvements.
β’ U.S. work authorization/employment eligibility verified through E-Verify.
β’ All work must be performed from an approved location within the U.S.
