Medical Specialist I – Pulmonology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Engage with Pulmonologists and other essential customers within a designated geographic area.

• Deliver clinically focused sales messages to drive revenue growth.

• Consistently achieve product objectives and surpass forecasts and expectations.

• Devise strategies and execute tactics within key pulmonary accounts to enhance product utilization.

• Build and nurture relationships with physicians, advanced practitioners, nurses, office staff, key personnel, and patient advocacy groups.

• Collaborate with regional colleagues, field teams, and home office teams to meet customer requirements.

• Analyze market trends and dynamics to inform brand and corporate strategies.

• Participate in industry-related congresses, local and regional meetings, and medical conferences.

• Execute the role in a compliant manner with a strong emphasis on integrity.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Respiratory market and/or a comparable subcutaneous self-injectable biologic specialty market.

• Experience in specialty pharmaceuticals or biopharmaceuticals.

• Advanced skills in clinically-based selling.

• Results-driven with a proven history of successful product launches.

• Experience in training and providing in-service support to office staff, nurses, and office managers.

• Ability to collaborate and partner with internal field teams and alliance partners.

• Willingness to travel and cover extensive geographic territories.

• Capability to adhere to Regeneron policies and comply with regulations governing the promotion of pharmaceutical and biologic products in the United States.
