πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as a point of contact for both internal and external clients, offering medical and scientific guidance on the proper use of products.

β€’ Function as a subject matter expert in therapeutic areas and disease states, supporting both marketed products and the pipeline portfolio.

β€’ Cultivate peer-level connections with national, regional, and local clients, researchers, and decision-makers within the payer community.

β€’ Gather field insights to inform the objectives of Medical Affairs.

β€’ Provide healthcare professionals with credible, balanced, and scientific information regarding ADCT products, pipeline developments, research activities, and overall development.

β€’ Address unsolicited inquiries for medical information in the field.

β€’ Create territory plans and foster relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare providers.

β€’ Maintain expertise and comprehension of clinical practices in hematology and oncology.

β€’ Attend scientific congresses to gather insights and cover sessions.

β€’ Convey relevant scientific information, including details about disease states, therapeutic landscapes, clinical data, mechanisms of action, and real-world evidence.

β€’ Uphold ethical and professional standards in line with applicable guidelines.

β€’ Collaborate with functional leaders and members of project teams.

β€’ Work alongside stakeholders to ensure alignment across functions.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

β€’ An advanced degree in life sciences (MD, PharmD, or PhD) is preferred.

β€’ Experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is required.

β€’ Prior experience in hematology oncology is preferred.

β€’ Proven track record of establishing and maintaining relationships with industry leaders.

β€’ Ability to organize, prioritize, and function effectively with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.

β€’ Familiarity with PhRMA, OIG, and other pertinent guidelines.

β€’ Solid understanding of the clinical development process and ICH-GCP guidelines.

β€’ Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

β€’ Must reside within the designated regional territory.

β€’ Willingness to travel approximately 50–60% of the time.
