Medical Science Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Enhance the visibility of Liquidia and YUTREPIA within the PAH/PH-ILD communities.

• Design and implement strategic plans for KOL engagement.

• Work in tandem with clinical operations to assist study sites and improve trial recruitment.

• Establish and nurture relationships with KOLs, investigators, and healthcare professionals.

• Act as a scientific resource for the medical community focused on PAH and PH-ILD.

• Provide presentations and stay updated with the latest PH literature.

• Represent Liquidia at both national and regional conferences, offering insights into the competitive landscape.

• Collect and disseminate medical insights and competitive information.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, and Payor Insights teams.

• Keep and prioritize a list of external stakeholders.

• Engage in advisory groups, steering committees, and internal project teams as required.

• Identify and involve stakeholders for medical initiatives and assist in executing plans.

• Accurately complete administrative tasks and documentation within deadlines.

• Build partnerships with medical affairs, clinical development, and cross-functional teams.

• Function effectively within a matrix environment, delivering value to internal stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies.

• Use analytics to guide decisions and expedite execution.


⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced scientific degree or its equivalent is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in PH or pharmaceutical/biotech environments.

• Preferred experience in pulmonary hypertension, cardiology, pulmonology, or critical care.

• At least 3 years in an MSL role or a similar position.

• Established connections with PH stakeholders are preferred.

• Willingness to travel within the country up to 60% of the time.
