This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Achieve sales targets in immunology by effectively managing territory budgets and expenses.
• Create annual business plans for the territory that leverage market insights and brand strategies.
• Utilize essential data sources to formulate actionable plans for the territory.
• Provide value to customers through strategic engagement and customized solutions.
• Complete reports on expenses, calls, marketing activities, and field insights.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and compliance standards.
• Partner with alliance collaborators to achieve mutual business objectives.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers while effectively managing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least five years of experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative.
• MR Certification is required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrated strong customer engagement skills with a focus on delivering value.
• Capability to perform disease and concept-based selling.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong skills in planning, organization, and executing tasks independently.
• Proficient in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and email software.
• Ability to customize presentations for varied audiences.
• Experience or familiarity with alliance partnerships.
• Preferred knowledge in the therapy areas of rhinology and respiratory.
• Previous experience in biologics sales is advantageous.
• Current clinical knowledge regarding therapy areas and competing brands is preferred.
• Established relationships with key opinion leaders in rhinology and respiratory are a plus.
• Fluency in English is an advantage.
