Medical Representative, Gastroenterology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with healthcare professionals within a designated territory.

• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling products.

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to formulate and execute strategic sales plans for the territory.

• Utilize product knowledge and sales skills to fulfill the needs of healthcare professionals and accomplish territory sales objectives.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while enhancing relationships with existing key accounts.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints by providing solutions and feedback to management.

• Represent the company at medical conferences, health seminars, and exhibitions.

• Monitor and evaluate competitor activities, supplying market intelligence to the Sales and Marketing teams.

• Enhance technical and product knowledge through workshops, publications, and professional networking.

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Assist colleagues and contribute to collective goals.

• Ensure that all territory activities comply with ethical standards and company policies.

• A bachelor's degree in a scientific or related discipline is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector.

• A proven track record of success in general hospital environments.

• Excellent planning, organizational, and presentation skills.
