Medical Representative, Gastroenterology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with healthcare professionals within a designated territory.

• Consistently achieve and uphold sales targets through effective promotion and selling of products.

• Work alongside the Sales Manager to devise and execute strategic sales plans for the territory.

• Utilize product expertise and sales techniques to fulfill the needs of healthcare professionals and attain sales objectives.

• Identify and chase new business prospects while enhancing connections with existing key accounts.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.

• Represent the company at medical conferences, health seminars, and exhibitions.

• Track and assess competitor activities, providing valuable market insights to the Sales and Marketing teams.

• Stay updated on technical and product knowledge through workshops, publications, and professional networking.

• Keep precise records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Provide support to colleagues and contribute to shared goals.

• Ensure that all territory activities adhere to ethical standards and company policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Demonstrated success in general hospital environments.

• Excellent planning, organizational, and presentation skills.

• A positive, customer-focused attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for the medical field and teamwork.

• A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong sense of urgency.

• A commitment to ongoing learning and the pursuit of innovative solutions.

• A strong sense of accountability and ownership for achieving results.

• A bachelor's degree in a scientific or related discipline is preferred.
