Medical Representative, Fixed Term

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with healthcare professionals within a designated territory.

• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling products.

• Partner with the Sales Manager to create and execute strategic sales plans for the territory.

• Utilize product expertise and sales techniques to address the needs of healthcare professionals and achieve sales objectives.

• Discover new business opportunities while enhancing relationships with existing key accounts.

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

• Represent the company at medical conferences, health presentations, and exhibitions.

• Track and evaluate competitor activities, supplying market insights to the Sales and Marketing teams.

• Keep up-to-date with technical and product information through workshops, publications, and professional networking.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Assist colleagues and contribute to collective goals.

• Ensure that all territory activities comply with ethical standards and company policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a scientific or related discipline is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector.

• Demonstrated success in general hospital environments.

• Excellent planning, organizational, and presentation skills.
