Medical Representative – Fixed Term

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with healthcare professionals in a designated territory.

• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling products.

• Work in collaboration with the Sales Manager to create and execute strategic sales plans for the territory.

• Utilize product knowledge and sales skills to fulfill the needs of healthcare professionals and accomplish territory sales objectives.

• Seek and develop new business opportunities while enhancing relationships with existing key accounts.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.

• Represent the company at medical conferences, health discussions, and exhibitions.

• Monitor and evaluate competitor activities, providing relevant market intelligence to Sales and Marketing teams.

• Stay updated on technical and product knowledge through workshops, publications, and professional networking.

• Maintain precise records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Support team members and contribute to collective team goals.

• Ensure that all territory activities adhere to ethical standards and company policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related discipline is preferred.

• Over 2 years of professional sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector.

• Demonstrated success in general hospital environments.

• Excellent planning, organizational, and presentation capabilities.

• A positive, customer-focused attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for the medical field and teamwork.

• A proactive and results-driven mindset with a keen sense of urgency.
