Medical Representative – Dermatology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Attain dermatology sales targets by effectively managing territory budgets.

• Create and revise annual business plans for the territory by leveraging market insights.

• Formulate territory action plans utilizing essential data sources.

• Provide disease-oriented customer engagement and value-driven solutions.

• Finalize reports on expenses, calls, marketing, and field insights.

• Collaborate with alliance teams to fulfill common business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

• At least five years of experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative.

• Valid driver's license and MR Certification required.

• Exceptional customer engagement abilities with an emphasis on value delivery.

• Technical expertise and capability to perform disease and concept selling.

• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

• Strong planning, organizational skills, and audience-targeted communication abilities.

• Capacity to independently execute strategic and tactical plans within tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and email software.

• Experience in alliance partnerships.

• Willingness to travel and work evenings or weekends as necessary.

• Commitment to completing training, practicing safe driving, and adhering to company policies.
