This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Ensure a minimum of 4.5 days of regular visitation each week, with at least 12 face-to-face effective visits daily.

• Accurately cover and visit A and B level clients as per the stipulated frequency.

• Conduct at least one visit per month to key hospital executives, including department heads of pharmacy, members of the pharmacy committee, and key opinion leaders within the designated area.

• Hold at least one product presentation meeting each week.

• Plan the responsible area monthly based on company targets and track progress weekly to achieve goals.

• Strategically plan and manage hospitals within the designated area, regularly updating client department information and expanding regional business.

• Propose market activity cost pre-requests based on budget, spend upon approval, and submit DM within three weeks of incurred expenses.

• Develop product and key product growth plans in line with market strategies and regional conditions, with a focus on new product development.

• Conduct product knowledge discussions during weekly meetings and participate in regular examinations.

• Effectively apply business skills in the field to enhance the efficiency of effective visits.

• Ensure 8 hours of effective visiting work daily within the region.

• Keep mobile phone operational from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily to ensure seamless communication with the company and clients.

• Manage reports.
