This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Accurately assign ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 PCS codes for both inpatient and outpatient services.

• Address and resolve billing work queue edits.

• Analyze claim denials and implement necessary corrections.

• Adhere to organizational standards for daily chart review volume.

• Ensure a high level of coding accuracy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid CCS credential is mandatory.

• At least 3 years of coding experience is required.

• Proficient knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding.

• A solid understanding of medical terminology and anatomy is essential.

• Familiarity with reimbursement methodologies and CCI edits.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail is crucial.

• Preference will be given to applicants working from home in Colorado.

• Preferred qualifications include both inpatient and outpatient experience in assigning ICD-10, ICD-10 PCS, and CPT/HCPCS codes.
