Medical Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and evaluate safety data utilizing line listings, company dashboards, and visualization tools.

• Analyze data for safety patterns, ensure coding consistency, and identify potential follow-up for investigator sites.

• Recognize, address, or elevate issues as necessary.

• Compile summaries for safety review meetings.

• Examine specific sections of aggregate reports.

• Assist in the development and review of safety and medical management plans for studies.

• Support the management of routine project execution, forecasting, coordination, metrics, and budget considerations.

• Track data-review progress and report any delays and risks to stakeholders and study leads.

• Deliver presentations at business development, client, and investigator meetings.

• Engage in strategy and business development discussions.

• Tackle complex challenges through thorough evaluation and propose effective solutions.

• Act as the main point of contact for clinical/data management project teams.

• Aid management in training and mentoring initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field in Health Sciences (such as Physician's Assistant) or a licensed RN.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience, including at least 2 years in clinical safety within clinical research monitoring, pharmacovigilance, or a combination thereof.

• In-depth understanding of Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) regarding medical oversight of clinical trials and Serious Adverse Event (SAE) processing.

• Familiarity with drug development processes and safety reporting protocols.

• Knowledge of safety data analysis trends, including coding methodologies.

• Proficient in biostatistics, data management, and clinical procedures.

• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

• Competence in utilizing computer software.

• Ability to meet physical, environmental, attendance, multitasking, and communication demands.

• Consideration may be given for equivalency through a combination of relevant education, training, and/or directly related experience.
