Medical Outcomes Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and nurture relationships with payers, PBMs, and health systems.

• Provide clinical, real-world, and health economic evidence to guide access decisions.

• Assist in the payer engagement strategy, encompassing pre-launch initiatives and value communication.

• Play a role in HEOR and evidence generation plans, which includes support for AMCP dossiers.

• Collect insights regarding payer requirements and market dynamics to shape strategy.

• Work collaboratively across functions with Medical Affairs, HEOR, and Market Access teams.

• Engage with payers and healthcare decision-makers to convey the clinical and economic value of Alumis therapies.

• Aid in formulary access, reimbursement, and patient outcomes.

• Convert clinical and HEOR evidence into impactful value narratives for population-based stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced degree is required (PharmD, PhD, MD, MPH, or equivalent).

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, HEOR, Market Access, or a related field.

• Experience in engaging payers or healthcare decision-makers is highly preferred.

• Solid understanding of HEOR, RWE, and the U.S. payer landscape.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Capability to translate complex data into clear, payer-relevant value insights.

• Strong collaboration skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

• A strategic mindset focused on value-based care and patient access.
