This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Conduct live product demonstrations for potential clients and assist in global commercial initiatives.

• Create and modify workflows and templates tailored for various markets and large-scale clientele.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure smooth implementations and effective workflow integration.

• Represent Tandem at international conferences, workshops, and customer engagement events.

• Assist clinicians with onboarding, training, and daily operational support.

• Identify issues and provide solutions to maximize the value clinicians derive from Tandem.

• Develop templates and prompts, aiding in the continuous advancement of Tandem’s AI assistant.

• Oversee clinical safety incidents and enhance internal processes for safe scaling.

• Implement Tandem’s AI clinical operating system in healthcare organizations globally.

• Interact with executives, medical professionals, and end-users to establish and improve clinical workflows.

• Clinical experience in healthcare settings (e.g., general practice, hospitals, private practices).

• Familiarity with consulting, corporate, or startup environments.

• A strong interest in technology, AI, and their transformative potential in healthcare.

• Excellent communication abilities with executives, engineers, and frontline clinicians.

• Strong organizational skills coupled with a process-oriented mentality.

• Demonstrated ownership, curiosity, and proactive approach in a dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% and respond during critical situations.

• Proficiency in Greek is essential for communication.

• CV must be submitted in English.

• Eligibility to work in Greece without requiring sponsorship or visa.

• A background check will be conducted prior to hiring.
