This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Evaluate PET images and related documentation to ensure adherence to protocol and image quality standards.
• Detect acquisition problems, protocol violations, and data inconsistencies, assisting sites in their resolution.
• Carry out quality control for PET images and document findings per study specifications.
• Provide support for site qualification, technical evaluations, and the initiation of studies.
• Educate and mentor imaging sites on PET acquisition protocols, image submissions, and study requirements.
• Act as a PET imaging expert for project teams, sponsors, and clinical sites.
• Manage, process, and archive imaging data throughout the duration of the study.
• Assist with image measurements and the preparation of imaging outputs for sponsors.
• Contribute to the creation of study documentation, training resources, and process enhancement initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that study schedules and quality goals are achieved.
• Valid certification or licensure as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, PET Technologist, or a comparable imaging professional.
• Preferred degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology, Medical Imaging, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Experience in performing or reviewing PET imaging, ideally within oncology, clinical research, or a regulated healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of PET acquisition protocols, radiotracer workflows, image quality evaluations, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency with imaging software, image review systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a global team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
