This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Join Parexel FSP as a Study Physician dedicated to a primary sponsor in the EMEA region.

• Maintain medical oversight at the trial level throughout the preparation, implementation, and reporting stages of clinical trials.

• Provide medical guidance and supervision from the Trial Design Outline to the Clinical Trial Report.

• Act as an integral member of the trial team.

• Remain committed to a single client.

• Ensure the prompt creation of high-quality clinical trial protocols while minimizing amendments to the protocol.

• Contribute to risk-based quality management by identifying medically relevant data and incorporating associated risks into the quality and risk management plan.

• Co-author Clinical Quality Monitoring plans.

• Conduct ongoing reviews of medical data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical Doctor (MD), preferably with a medical thesis.

• Trained in a clinical environment.

• A minimum of 4 years of active clinical practice experience.

• Specialization in Pulmonology, Immunology, Internal Medicine, Infectious Diseases, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Rheumatology, or Emergency Medicine is highly preferred.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a CRO in medical or project management, or global pharmacovigilance functions, or any other relevant medical role, ideally within Clinical Development, is desirable.

• Familiarity with applicable regulations and guidelines, including ICH-GCP.

• Previous experience as a medical monitor is preferred.

• Experience with data visualization systems and IT systems is advantageous.

• Experience in clinical development/trials would be an additional asset.

• Must be based in Austria for the Austria-Remote position.
