📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of medical affairs across the portfolio, establishing standards and enhancing team development.

• Deliver strategic medical leadership and support to project teams.

• Provide expert medical and scientific advice throughout the lifecycle of projects.

• Ensure adherence to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards in medical and safety monitoring practices.

• Act as a representative of the Medical Affairs Department in business development efforts.

• Offer operational oversight within the Medical Affairs Department as required.

• Propel medical initiatives within project teams and steer strategic direction and decision-making.

• Utilize therapeutic knowledge to guide project development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A medical degree (MD) or an equivalent credential - Cardiology MD OR Endocrinology/Diabetes/Obesity or Internal Medicine MDs.

• Experience with cardiovascular outcomes trials or obesity/GLP1 is essential for this position.

• Significant background in clinical research and development.

• Strong comprehension of clinical trial design, regulatory requirements, and GCP guidelines.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities, emphasizing the interpretation of clinical data and driving evidence-based decisions.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional, global teams.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
