Medical Billing Specialist – Dental-to-Medical Billing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Verify coverage for dental implants, CT/CBCT scans, and mandibular advancement devices through medical insurance.

• Communicate with insurance providers to validate benefits, coverage details, and authorization prerequisites.

• Assist with medical billing codes including CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS, as well as processing insurance claims.

• Collaborate closely with the dental billing team.

• Keep precise, HIPAA-compliant records.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in US medical insurance billing and verification.

• Familiarity with medical billing codes (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS) and claims processing.

• Experience in dental-to-medical billing is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of Dentrix is preferred.

• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.

• Must be detail-oriented and dependable.

• Must be available to work during EST hours.
