Medical Billing Specialist – Dental-to-Medical Billing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Verify insurance coverage for dental implants, CT/CBCT scans, and mandibular advancement devices.

• Communicate with insurance providers to ascertain benefits, coverage details, and authorization prerequisites.

• Assist with medical billing codes (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS) and the submission of insurance claims.

• Collaborate closely with the dental billing team.

• Ensure the maintenance of precise records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in US medical insurance billing and verification processes.

• Familiarity with medical billing codes (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS) and claims processing procedures.

• Experience in dental-to-medical billing is strongly preferred.

• Knowledge of Dentrix is preferred.

• Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Detail-oriented and dependable.

• Must be available to work during EST hours.
