This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Reach out to new agency accounts within one business day of assignment and follow up within 24 hours if there is no acknowledgment.

• Assess and enhance added locations, size trade areas, select keywords, and review ranking maps prior to onboarding calls.

• Facilitate Google Meet onboarding sessions that include dashboard navigation, assistant settings, local pages, white-label reporting, and website/Facebook integrations.

• Record onboarding sessions and keep well-organized records in Google Drive.

• Evaluate agency accounts for unmanaged Google Business Profiles and small test accounts.

• Engage in proactive outreach to motivate agencies to transition to full client rollouts.

• Act as the main point of contact during business hours for software inquiries, setup troubleshooting, and client training.

• Report technical issues to the tech team with relevant screenshots and account information.

• Provide updates to the Sales Manager regarding expansion opportunities, incomplete onboardings, and potential churn risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in account management, client communication, and relationship development.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Local SEO and optimization of Google Business Profiles (GBP).

• Ability to rapidly learn software platforms and articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.

• Familiarity with Local SEO and Automation tools.

• USB headset equipped with noise-canceling capabilities.

• Functional webcam.

• Computer with a minimum 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB of RAM.

• Primary internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps via cable connection.

• Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps.

• Availability to work US hours, totaling 40 hours per week.

• Must reside in the Philippines.
