This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +3 more states.
• Deliver training on the measurement and fitting of JOBST® compression garments
• Assist clinicians, therapists, and certified lymphedema therapists with garment fitting and resolution of issues
• Organize events and engage in public speaking to industry and clinical professionals
• Formulate and execute strategies to optimize territory and company goals
• Evaluate sales and marketing data to identify critical opportunities within the territory
• Boost Essity product sales by achieving or surpassing set sales targets
• Execute sales strategies and marketing initiatives
• Partner on internal and external training and educational programs for specified disease treatment therapies
• Conduct in-services, seminars, presentations, and product training for key customers
• Participate in territory and regional industry trade shows and symposiums
• Keep track of competitor activities, products, trends, developments, and relevant trade publications
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to promote and expand Essity’s business
• Provide precise forecasting and report sales funnel activity to the Regional Sales Manager
• Maintain account records and monitor territory activity within CRM
• Submit reports and complete administrative tasks accurately and punctually
• A four (4)-year college or university degree is preferred
• At least 2 years of experience with compression garments and fitting is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience or medical sales is preferred
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Capability to plan and organize time, schedules, and the effective use of company resources
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or customer contact database applications
• Proven ability to solve problems and possess excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated strong work ethic
• Strong skills in time and territory management
• Must reside within the assigned territory
• Valid US driver’s license and must comply with Essity's Corporate Vehicle Policy Standards
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
