This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design media plans that effectively engage target audiences to boost sales and enhance brand visibility.
• Create media plans, optimization reports, and various media-specific documentation.
• Formulate audience-centric, multi-channel media recommendations by utilizing research, campaign performance data, competitive analysis, marketplace trends, and client objectives.
• Suggest campaign optimizations across different media channels, placements, products, and creative strategies.
• Assess the interaction of linear, streaming, digital video, social media, audio, search, retail media, out-of-home, and emerging platforms.
• Generate campaign analyses that illustrate the effectiveness of planning, testing, and media optimization.
• Facilitate test-and-learn initiatives by defining test parameters, tracking outcomes, gathering insights, and proposing optimization or scaling strategies.
• Assess response data and outputs from media attribution modeling.
• Convert performance metrics, attribution results, and marketplace context into clear insights for clients.
• Monitor data and media performance, adapting strategies to changing behaviors.
• Leverage research and data insights to inform media strategy and performance narratives.
• Review budgets, KPIs, media schedules, and timelines while ensuring budget accuracy.
• Uphold operational accuracy across budget pacing, planning inputs, schedules, specifications, timelines, trafficking details, billing assistance, and communication with activation teams.
• Utilize Nielsen, MRI, proprietary measurement tools, automation, AI, and data platforms.
• Work collaboratively with Media Planning, Client Services, Investment, Analytics, Strategy, Creative, and Project Management departments.
• Engage in both internal and external status meetings.
• Contribute to client-ready deliverables with clear narratives.
• Stay updated on audience behaviors, competitive dynamics, publisher and platform innovations, measurement changes, and new planning methodologies.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Two to four years of professional experience.
• Proficient knowledge of analytics tools, including MRI and Nielsen.
• Comprehensive understanding of various media channels.
• Familiarity with traditional, digital, streaming, and emerging platforms and their role in achieving full-funnel client objectives.
• A strong aptitude for statistics and mathematics.
• Capability to analyze data, pinpoint significant performance drivers, and convert findings into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent decision-making abilities.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills.
• A keen interest in the evolving media landscape.
• Willingness to learn new research, planning, reporting, automation, and AI-driven tools.

• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
