Media Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and expand digital revenue within the Columbia-Jefferson City, Missouri area.

• Create and market digital marketing solutions utilizing BGP 360, Streaming TV, Connected TV, YouTube, Email, Gaming, Social, SEM, SEO, and Streaming audio.

• Collaborate with business owners, as well as marketing and advertising executives, directors, and managers, to design and execute digital marketing strategies.

• Achieve or surpass sales targets, objectives, and financial plans.

• Oversee a portfolio of digital sales revenue focusing on retention and growth.

• Acquire knowledge and proficiency in Gray digital advertising products, tools, and services.

• Establish, maintain, and enhance client relationships both locally and nationally.

• Utilize client management tools and software to manage the digital book of business.

• Craft, compose, and deliver marketing proposals and PowerPoint presentations.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration across Gray Digital Media departments and support personnel.

• Work from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with limited travel requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in digital or media sales with a record of previous success, or experience with digital or media agencies and clients.

• Exhibits intelligence, motivation, and professional presence, solving complex issues with a goal-oriented approach.

• Capable of prospecting and networking with decision-makers in small, medium, and large organizations.

• Demonstrated history of building strong client relationships and establishing trust.

• High proficiency in computer skills for creating presentations tailored to a client's vision and requirements.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and creative presentation abilities for conducting both virtual and in-person meetings.

• Preferred experience in grant writing and working with state procurement sites.
