Media Buyer – Meta Ads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Grasp the essence of the NHMD brand, its audience, positioning, and tone.

• Strategically plan, initiate, and enhance Meta Ads campaigns for both prospecting and retargeting efforts.

• Perform audience research and experiment with interests, lookalikes, broad targeting, and new audience possibilities.

• Evaluate performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and conversion rates.

• Formulate innovative testing strategies for hooks, angles, messaging, visuals, and formats.

• Discover and amplify successful campaigns while ensuring profitability and adherence to brand consistency.

• Monitor and report on performance metrics utilizing Meta Ads Manager and other relevant analytics platforms.

• Work alongside the creative and content teams to enhance on-brand creative output.

• Keep abreast of Meta Ads trends and pinpoint applicable opportunities.

• Assist with additional marketing initiatives and assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience with Meta Ads.

• A proven history of profitably scaling campaigns.

• In-depth knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution.

• A data-driven approach complemented by robust analytical capabilities.

• Preferred experience in managing budgets exceeding €5,000 per month.

• Proficiency in English is essential.
