Measure Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Efficiently and accurately complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measurement appointments.

• Deliver high-quality professional customer service that meets or exceeds both company standards and customer expectations.

• Establish, maintain, and enhance customer relationships through daily interactions.

• Assist with sales, product inquiries, in-home measurements, and installation coordination.

• Provide precise measurements, calculations, review quotes, and present quotes to customers.

• Primarily travel to appointments within a designated geographical area and offer service support to company locations as necessary.

• Utilize company-issued devices for various tasks.

• Meet goals related to customer service, measurement accuracy, timeliness, and sales productivity.

• Engage customers with open-ended questions to understand their project and product needs.

• Communicate merchandise features and benefits, as well as explain the steps for project completion.

• Exhibit knowledge of products and services, identifying opportunities for additional service programs.

• Collaborate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers on assigned tasks.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and work schedules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Reliable transportation is required.

• Knowledge, skills, and abilities typically gained through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.

• A minimum of 1 year of previous related work experience is required.

• Previous leadership experience is not necessary.

• Travel between locations is required.

• Must be able to stand or walk continuously and regularly lift, handle, or carry materials or equipment weighing between 8 to 20 pounds.
