Measure Tech, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Efficiently and accurately complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measurement appointments.

• Conduct in-home measurements, perform calculations, review quotes, and present findings.

• Build, maintain, and enhance customer relationships through daily interactions.

• Assist with sales, address product inquiries, and coordinate installation processes.

• Engage customers by asking open-ended questions and understanding their project and product requirements.

• Explain merchandise features, benefits, and the steps involved in project completion.

• Exhibit knowledge of products and services to effectively respond to customer inquiries.

• Identify opportunities to introduce customers to additional service programs.

• Collaborate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers on assigned tasks.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and work schedules.

• Utilize company-issued devices.

• Report directly to the Assistant Market Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Reliable transportation is necessary.

• A high school diploma and/or GED is required.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.

• Previous leadership experience is not required.

• Ability to stand or walk continuously and regularly lift, handle, or carry materials or equipment weighing between 8 to 20 pounds.

• Travel between locations is required.
