Measure Tech, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Efficiently and accurately complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measurement appointments.

• Deliver high-quality professional customer service that meets or exceeds company standards and customer expectations.

• Create, nurture, and enhance customer relationships through daily interactions.

• Assist with sales, address product inquiries, handle in-home measurements, and coordinate installations.

• Conduct precise measurements, calculations, quote reviews, and presentations.

• Articulate merchandise features and benefits while explaining the steps for project completion.

• Respond to customer inquiries utilizing knowledge of products and services.

• Recognize opportunities to engage customers in additional service programs.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and work schedules.

• Collaborate effectively with associates, supervisors, and managers.

• Travel to appointments within a designated geographic area and provide support to company locations as needed.

• Report directly to the Assistant Market Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Reliable transportation is required.

• High school diploma and/or GED is necessary.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is required.

• Previous leadership experience is not necessary.

• Must be able to continuously stand or walk and regularly lift, handle, or carry moderate-weight materials or equipment (8–20 pounds).

• Travel between locations is required.
