This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create domain-authentic tasks in materials science, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering based on previous experience.
• Develop data rooms and assessment criteria for tasks that can be scored objectively.
• Execute tasks using AI models, evaluate outcomes, and refine processes to ensure effective task discrimination.
• Work alongside project leaders and other domain specialists to establish quality benchmarks.
• Engage in onboarding sessions and hold office hours.
• Extensive expertise in materials science (metals, ceramics, composites, characterization, additive manufacturing), electrical engineering (analog, RF, power), or mechanical engineering (design, CFD and fluids, heat transfer, pressure vessels, NDE, CAE).
• Proficient in navigating uncertain situations.
• Capable of articulating the reasons behind incorrect answers.
• Independent contractor engagement is required.
• Candidates must not hold H1-B or STEM OPT status.
• Work must not include access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Weekly payments through Stripe or Wise based on services provided.
• Daily onboarding sessions and numerous office hours are available.
