Material Construction Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate all material activities related to construction for network projects.

• Ensure that the requirements for the Bill of Materials are tracked, ordered, and delivered accurately.

• Guarantee the availability of materials to support field construction activities and meet site readiness milestones.

• Collaborate closely with construction managers, engineering teams, vendors, warehouses, and construction partners.

• Actively identify and mitigate risks to ensure that material availability does not affect project timelines.

• Utilize Excel and tracking systems to manage logistics data and generate project reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing materials in a construction or engineering setting.

• Strong skills in tracking, delivery management, and supply chain coordination.

• Direct experience in interpreting and managing complex Bills of Materials.

• Technical knowledge or background in telecom network deployments.

• Exceptional organizational abilities with the capability to manage timelines across various stakeholders.

• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel reporting.

• Experience with One Vision or comparable data management systems is highly preferred.

• Occasional off-hours support might be necessary.

• Limited travel is required, typically less than 10%.
