This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Acquire comprehensive product knowledge and provide outstanding customer service.
• Participate in the identification and evaluation of new features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Design to guide product decisions from initial concepts to detailed requirements.
• Develop extensive expertise across the product range and assist with cross-team benchmarking projects.
• Lead pre-sales and exploratory calls, customizing demonstrations to meet prospective clients' needs.
• Maintain the demonstration database.
• Support sales enablement through training, practice sessions, and resource materials.
• Offer in-depth product knowledge for tender submissions.
• Represent the Product at customer events, sales gatherings, user groups, and regional activities.
• Create content such as blogs, webinars, feature explainers, product updates, customer stories, and demo videos.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign development.
• Provide product knowledge for customer success, implementation, and support inquiries.
• Help establish best practices for implementation and configuration.
• Share insights on competitors, sectors, and customer intelligence across the organization.
• Serve as the primary product expert for sales, marketing, customer success, implementation, and support.
• Strong knowledge of MAT Financial Management systems.
• Experience in commercial negotiations.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly during presentations.
• A good listener who can ask insightful questions to grasp prospect challenges.
• Enjoys teamwork and collaborating across various functions.
• Capable of staying informed about the latest government guidance.
• Confident in presenting government guidance to customers and prospects.
• Profound understanding of Financial Management Solutions, particularly within Multi Academy Trusts.
