Master Social Worker – LMSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Deliver social work consultations upon request from a reviewing physician as part of the ECR process.

• Provide discipline-specific knowledge concerning psychosocial functioning, family dynamics, environmental factors, and social determinants of health.

• Evaluate pertinent clinical information and documentation submitted for consultation.

• Offer professional insights into the psychosocial needs and situations of children and adolescents aged 0–18.

• Identify significant social, emotional, behavioral, family, and community elements that may influence a member’s overall needs and their access to suitable services.

• Present evidence-based recommendations and observations to aid reviewing physicians in their clinical decision-making processes.

• Collaborate with reviewing physicians and other professionals when interdisciplinary consultation is necessary.

• Clearly, objectively, and professionally communicate consultation findings in accordance with established ECR protocols.

• Uphold appropriate confidentiality and comply with relevant professional standards and documentation requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current social work licensure or credentials as mandated for the position and in the applicable jurisdiction.

• Relevant professional experience in social work, clinical assessment, care coordination, or psychosocial evaluation.

• Strong comprehension of psychosocial assessment and the variables impacting individual and family functioning.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to analyze intricate information and deliver clear, objective, discipline-specific recommendations.

• Proficiency in working collaboratively with physicians and other professionals in a consultative role.
