Master Key Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Process urgent orders and offer technical support regarding master key system design.

• Evaluate customer security needs and identify the best master key solutions.

• Communicate with external clients via email and phone.

• Collaborate with teams across sales, operations, marketing, IT, and finance.

• Plan and design Schlage master key systems under guidance.

• Execute Schlage master key order entry tasks while adhering to quality and production standards.

• Build knowledge of master key solutions along with key control policies and procedures.

• Provide advice to end-users, sales representatives, and dealers.

• Handle customer service and support interactions through calls, emails, and inquiries.

• Convey basic order management functions, products, and features for Allegion brands.

• Safeguard sensitive customer records in both physical and electronic formats.

• Adapt support strategies to meet customer needs within established protocols.

• Collect and document service request information using CRM tools.

• Utilize and manage relevant ERP business systems.

• Receive, modify, and process customer purchase orders with precision.

• Adhere to master key order entry audit standards.

• Reach out to clients to clarify order discrepancies.

• Engage and collaborate in virtual meetings.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of customer service or order entry experience is required.

• At least 3 months of experience with Schlage and/or Falcon order entry is preferred.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm MST.

• Willingness to adjust working hours as needed to meet business demands.
