Marketplace Content Specialist – Italian/English Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Developing and enhancing salon profiles on our marketplace, which includes price lists, operating hours, venue descriptions, and photography.

• Reviewing content and performing quality checks prior to publishing information online.

• Ensuring compliance with Treatwell’s tone of voice and brand standards.

• Acquiring skills in Salesforce to facilitate a seamless and efficient onboarding process.

• Assisting product teams and internal stakeholders with translation and transcreation tasks.

• Recognizing and implementing enhancements to streamline team processes.

• Collaborating with Supply, Customer Experience, Product, and Technology teams.

• Reporting to the Marketplace Content Team Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Italian.

• Proficiency in additional languages is greatly appreciated: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Dutch, Lithuanian.

• Highly proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.

• Critical thinker who actively seeks opportunities to resolve issues and identify efficient working methods.

• Self-motivated with a strong initiative and a curious mindset.

• Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational skills, capable of meeting tight deadlines.

• Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce is advantageous.

• Must be located in Barcelona, Spain.
